Terms and Conditions of Tennis Lessons
Coaching Fees
1. All coaching lessons/squads are to be paid in full no later than first lesson of term.
2. Payments can be made by Cheque payable to “Tayside Racquets” or cash.
3. Wet Weather: all lessons will take place, indoor provisions are available, the club hall will be used when available, otherwise tennis videos and games will be used.
4. Tayside Racquets will not be held responsible for the supervision of children prior to and after lessons.
5. Suitable clothing and footwear is required on courts, e.g. winter: hats, gloves, etc... summer: sun lotion.
6. Players should ensure a drink is taken on court at all times (non-fizzy).
7. Photographs and video, players taking lessons with Tayside Racquets may be used in promotional material.
8. Private lessons, 24 hours notice is required for the cancellation of lesson, otherwise full fee is due.
9. It is impossible for the coach to engage in lengthy conversations whilst delivering lessons, the coach can be contacted out with lessons in person, by telephone or email.
10. Code of Conduct for players and parents available in the clubhouse. |
